One of the most exciting parts of our job at The Boardroom is getting to meet new ladies who come to work with us, and help teach them and train them in everything they need to know to become a happy and successful Boardroom lady. Our service providers come to us from all walks of life: some are students, some are working full-time and looking for a career change, and some are even mothers looking for a bit of excitement and spice in their days! Many of our ladies are Australian, but we also have ladies working with us from Europe, Asia, Africa, South America., and practically every corner of the globe aside from Antarctica!
All of our ladies are different, but the things they have in common are that they all love meeting new people, they put a lot of effort in to their hygiene and grooming, and they have a good sense of humour, a kind personality, and a sense of elegance and confidence in themselves. While not all of our ladies have prior experience in the adult industry, one thing they all do have is an interest in exploring the industry – and a love of pleasure and fun!
We’re extremely proud of the reputation we have among working ladies, which is that of a parlour that respects our service providers, provides a flexible working environment, offers great financial incentives, and treats everyone with fairness and warmth. We find that we frequently have ladies referred to us, whether they are brand new to the industry or returning, and we are very aware that we are one of few parlours in Melbourne to be so highly thought of among service providers.
