Thinking About Working at The Boardroom?
Here’s What to Expect
One of the questions we’re often asked is: “What’s it like to work at The Boardroom?”
We know that deciding where to work is a big step, and we want to give you a real sense of what makes our team special. The short answer is: it feels like working with friends. We support each other, share stories, laugh over the latest Netflix or reality TV drama, and create a workplace where everyone feels welcome.
A Warm, Welcoming Interview Process
Joining The Boardroom doesn’t involve a stiff, formal interview. No résumés or corporate-style grilling here! Instead, we invite you to come in for a relaxed chat. We’ll walk you through how everything works, answer any questions, and give you a tour of the venue.
-
New to the industry? Don’t worry — we’ll take the time to explain every step and make sure you feel confident.
-
Experienced? Great! We’ll still go through our systems, expectations, and how shifts are scheduled so you know exactly what to expect.
The goal is simple: to make sure you feel comfortable and in control of your decision.
Flexibility That Fits Your Life
We understand that everyone has commitments — whether it’s study, family, or other work. That’s why we aim to be flexible with scheduling. Ideally, we love our team to come in a few days or nights each week, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.
That said, night shifts are especially popular with clients, so if you’re available evenings, you’ll be in high demand right from the start.
Be Yourself
We don’t believe in cookie-cutter rules. Our ladies are encouraged to express their personalities through their own style. The most important thing is that you feel confident and comfortable in what you wear.
Getting Started
Once you’ve decided you’d like to join us, we’ll:
-
Set your first available date.
-
Create your profile for our website (if you’d like to be featured).
-
Help introduce you to our clients, who are often excited to meet new faces.
Most new ladies are pleasantly surprised to find they already have interested clients before their very first shift!
Support From Day One
Your first shift can feel a little overwhelming — and that’s where our team really shines. We pair new ladies with friendly, experienced colleagues who can share tips and answer questions. Plus, our management team is always on hand to make sure you feel safe, happy, and fully supported.
We’re proud of being more than just a workplace. The Boardroom is a community — welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Many of our ladies tell us it feels less like “just a job” and more like being part of a supportive family.
